About the Presenter Colleen Patton is responsible for overseeing the delivery of the EP Examination program in the 13 western states. She began her career with the IRS in 1987 as a Revenue Agent with Employee Plans. Since then she has served as the staff assistant to the EP Exam Area Manager, Central Mountain and as an EP Exam Group Manager. She has been the EP Exam Area Manager for the Pacific Coast Area since May 2005. During the summer of 2010 she acted as the Director of Ruling & Agreements.
