Where can you attend WPBC events to earn CE?
There are six states that have established chapters and the WP&BC Governing Board provides webinars and co-sponsors the Western Benefits Conference.
Individual Chapters hold a variety of breakfast, lunch, and evening meetings. These held can be as often as monthly or bi-monthly. There are also annual ½ day and full day seminars offered by several chapters. Click here to find a state’s chapter and the local chapter’s upcoming events.
What if my state does not have a local chapter?
There is an At-Large membership level that you can obtain that will provide discounts for the webinars, Western Benefits Conference and at any chapter event in any state.
To receive CE credit for webinars:
Attendees register for webinar for CE attendance verification. CE Certificates will be emailed after the meeting.If the attendee wish’s WPBC to report to the IRS their ERPA CE credit, then the attendee will need to provide their PTIN.
For financial advisors the following is how you can apply WPBC Webinars to satisfy AIF®, AIFA® CE.
AIF® and AIFA®:
To receive credit for up to 2 hours of CE, login to www.fi360.com and enter the designee portal. Select CE Home, then Non fi360 Produced CE. Complete the on-line form and submit. You are required to keep copies of the presentations and materials available.
