ETHICAL ISSUES FOR PRACTITIONERS
with Ilene H. Ferenczy
Please join us for a timely webinar – Ethical Issues for Practitioners - hosted by the Western Pension & Benefits Council Governing Board on Wednesday, December 18th from 10:00am-12:00pm PST. This webinar will provide 2 Ethics CE Units for both ASPPA members and ERPAs.
Representation of employee benefits fiduciaries, sponsors, and plans presents an assortment of ethical issues for practitioners. How far is too far in helping a client weigh the costs and benefits of a certain course of action? Is it always appropriate to rely on client-provided information without asking questions? Can inaction in the face of questionable client conduct pose ethical concerns for practitioners? During this informative webinar, our speaker, Ilene Ferenczy will present actual scenarios and provide insight into identifying the ethical considerations at play and arriving at an appropriate course of action.
Cost: $50 for members, $65 for non-members For those who cannot attend the live webinar broadcast, a recording of the webinar will be available within one week of the live webinar date. To register to receive a link to the webinar recording, just go through the regular registration process and a link will be sent to you via e-mail as soon as it is available.
