RECORDED WEBINAR:

Recurring Legacy Issues and New Challenges in 403(b) Plan Compliance

Recorded on Thursday, June 24, 2021

The Presentation:

The long standing differences between 403(b) plans and 401(k) plans continue to pose practical and legal challenges for those administering and advising 403(b) plans. Recent legislation and regulatory activity have added addition complexities to those historical challenges. We will discuss the key issues and practical approaches to addressing them, as well as an assessment of the impact of ongoing litigation against 403(b) plans.

Learning objectives:

  • Be able to identify and address ongoing  impactful details of 403(b) plan regulation and design in daily plan operations
  • Identify the unique aspects of 403(b) plans affected by recent legislation and regulatory activity
  • Determine if 403(b) litigation could impact the plans with which you work.
