Missing Participants & Uncashed Checks: Problems Never Contemplated by ERISA

Note: this webinar runs one hour, and ends at 11am PST, not two hours (as the invitation originally stated)

In this presentation, we’ll cover the problem of missing participants and uncashed checks in retirement plans.  We discuss how these phenomena come about, what sorts of problems they can cause, what guidance exists to help sponsors and administrators and what guidance doesn’t exist.  We’ll talk about industry best practices when dealing with these issues and we’ll be sure to share a few of the more entertaining facts and stories that invariably come with a long history of providing solutions in these areas.  Finally, we’ll be sure to leave attendees with additional resources for further reading (if they are ever having trouble sleeping).
