The New Fiduciary Rules: What Do You Need to Know and Do Now?

Free for Members!

This webinar will provide a timely and pertinent review of the new fiduciary law and what broker-dealers, RIAs, TPAs, plan sponsors,  financial advisors and financial intermediaries in general should be doing to prepare, including assessing whether and how the following might be utilized: the BIC exemption, fee levelization, and robo-advice. The practical requirements of the BIC and the necessity for training will also be highlighted, as well as a robust conversation regarding rollovers and mitigation of conflicts of interest. This is a timely "not to be missed" discussion for all those impacted by the new rule.
