Cybersecurity: Is Your Sensitive Data Protected?
Would You Know if it Was Not?

Data breaches have become an everyday event. If large multinational companies aren't able to keep the bad guys out, how do the rest of us protect ourselves, our business and our personal information?

We invite you to come and hear Dave Townsend speak about cybersecurity. David, a recognized authority on computer forensics and cyber‐crime investigation, has more than 30 years of police, detective and cyber forensic experience including many high profile assignments with the Silicon Valley High Tech Crimes Task Force and the FBI. In a non-technical fashion, David will discuss the following:
  • How and why data breaches occur and who is responsible for them.
  • What is being targeted?
  • Your vulnerabilities at home and at work.
  • Understanding your digital world.
  • How to reduce your overall exposure and risk.
As Employers, Plan Sponsors, Third Party Administrators, CPA’s, and Actuaries, you deal with census data which is protected identifying information (PII). Other retirement professionals will also deal with sensitive information.
