Don't be fooled by plan data!
As an industry we have relied on using averages to report plan health to our clients. These averages can provide clients and benefit committees with a false sense of satisfaction when it comes to their participants' readiness for retirement. See why it is important to go deeper to understand what is really happening with participants and why a prescriptive approach is required.
Presenter Bruce Focht is Head of Research and Analytics for Great-West Financial Retirement Plan Services. Bruce joined the firm in 1997. He is responsible for strategic development and alignment related to data, information and analytics. He is also the product owner in charge of development and strategy for the Plan Sponsor Portal reporting and data visualization. Prior to product development, Bruce worked directly with clients as a Defined Contribution Specialist. Bruce has a bachelor's degree in finance from Texas Christian University, a master's of business administration from Baker University and 22 years of industry experience.
