Cancellation, Refund & Credit Policy


This policy applies to all registered participants of the Western Benefits Conference.

1. Cancellation Policy

Registrants may cancel their registration through the event system up to August 1, 2026 at 6:00 PM.

Cancellations received on or before this deadline are eligible for a refund, less a $100 administrative fee.

Cancellations received after this deadline are not eligible for a refund.


2. Credit Policy

In lieu of a refund, late cancellations will receive a credit in the amount of their registration, less a $200 administrative fee, toward the next Western Benefits Conference.


3. Processing of Refunds & Credits

  • Cancellation of a registration does not automatically trigger a refund or credit.
  • Eligible refunds or credits will be processed manually following the cancellation.

4. Registration Edits & Substitutions

Registration edits (including substitutions) may be made until August 24, 2026 at 6:00 PM.
