Event Conduct Policy & Release Agreement
This policy applies to all event participants, including attendees, speakers, sponsors, and guests.
1. Code of Conduct
By registering for and attending this event, participants agree to conduct themselves in a professional, respectful, and inclusive manner.
The following behaviors are not tolerated:
- Harassment, discrimination, or intimidation of any kind
- Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior
- Unwelcome physical contact or verbal conduct
- Any conduct that interferes with another participant’s experience
Participants are expected to comply with all applicable laws, venue policies, and event guidelines.
Event organizers reserve the right to take appropriate action in response to violations of this policy, including removal from the event without refund.
2. Assumption of Risk & Liability Release
By attending this event, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, property damage, or loss.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release and hold harmless the event organizers, volunteers, sponsors, venue, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your participation.
3. Media Release
By attending, you grant permission for your likeness, image, voice, and/or statements to be captured and used in event recordings, photography, advertising or other promotional materials without compensation during or after the conference.
4. Agreement
By completing registration and/or attending the event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by this Event Conduct Policy and Release Agreement.
