Reforming Company Health with Consumerism and Health Management

Speaker

Alexander “Sander” Domaszewicz

The session will begin by exploring the current state of account-based consumer directed health plans (CDHPs) in the marketplace in terms of prevalence, enrollment and design. The next area covered will be around how health management and incentive programs are developing in terms of prevalence, design and impact. These will build to show how the combination of these and other strategies is developing into a core of interventions that is allowing plan sponsors to take their health programs to the next level. A variety of case studies and examples will be walked through outlining how these approaches were used in various circumstances, including outcomes and impact.
